Two new teams of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will be announced by the BCCI after a meeting of the tournament’s governing council (GC) in New Delhi on Tuesday.
“The IPL GC will decide on the two new teams that will play in the IPL for the next two years,” said a statement on Sunday.
The meeting will be followed by a press conference, which will be presided over by BCCI president Shashank Manohar.
